New titles selected: Keystone Chapbook Series

We’re delighted to announce the selection of two manuscripts for the Keystone Chapbook Series: from this year’s entries, Steve Bellin-Oka and Ron Mohring have selected Orchard Light by Julie Swarstad Johnson, currently of Tucson, AZ, and Madagascar by Don Hogle, currently of New York, NY. Both chapbooks will be published this spring.

New release: Phoebe Reeves, The Gardener and the Garden (Editor’s Series)

We attended a local poetry reading at the Miami Township Public Library this spring, where Phoebe Reeves read some poems from a book-length manuscript she was working on called “The Gardener & the Garden.” The poems stayed with us, and later, when asked if she might consider publishing a chapbook-length version of her project, Phoebe enthusiastically agreed. We are happy to present The Gardener & the Garden, Number 4 in Volume Four of the Seven Kitchens Press Editor’s Series, with original artwork by Ursula Murray Husted. Get your copy here

Reading period has closed for the Rane Arroyo Series

We received over 100 manuscripts for the Rane Arroyo Chapbook Series! Thanks to everyone who sent work. Please allow a few days for us to comb through everything and double-check that all your titles are posted on our Manuscripts Received page. Dan and Ron have some winter reading to do!
