We’re very excited to announce the co-winners of the 2015 Keystone Chapbook Prize: “R” by Tammy Robacker of Philomath, Oregon, and “Cruel Folklore” by Eric Schwerer of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Both manuscripts will be published in early spring of 2016.
