Pushcart nominations

This was so hard, y’all. Though I’ve tried to sit down in past years and select nominations for the Pushcart Prizes, I’ve always given up, too overwhelmed by leaving out too many deserving poets. But that does not serve your work, and I’m here to serve your work. So, after some measure of agonizing (I wish I could nominate another dozen), I am proud to announce our first-ever Pushcart nominations:

New release: Guillermo Filice Castro, Mix Tape for a War (Rane Arroyo Series)

Guillermo Filice Castro’s new chapbook, Mix Tape for a War, is the newest title in our Rane Arroyo Series and we’re thrilled to release it today in conjunction with his book launch/reading.

Two covers, both designed by the author! Order yours here.

Rane Arroyo Series: new titles selected

It’s a thrill to announce that we have selected two manuscripts for this year’s Rane Arroyo Chapbook Series: “Alterations,” by Dana De Greff of Miami, Florida, and “Mix Tape for a War,” by Guillermo Filice Castro of New York, NY. Both chapbooks will be published this summer as #8 and #9 in the series.

Special thanks to Dan Vera, co-editor of the Rane Arroyo Series, and continued thanks to Glenn Sheldon, who blessed this project from our first conversation.

Please join us in congratulating Dana and Guillermo!
